Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 750 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Private: property with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Baia dell'amore" 800 m. Marina 1.5 km, tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km, Porto Cervo 65 km, Olbia 70 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Please note: occasionally the owner uses a totally independent room located in the basement of the house.

The only place we could use happily was the outside patio. We should figure out by ourselves how to make the water come to the house. The house is falling apart. Rooms were smelly, blankets also, we hardly could sleep at night. Only one bathroom of two was working. Everything was like dismissed 40 years ago. Not old, just abbandoned.

Der Blick und die Lage sind traumhaft. Tolle Terrasse. Die Aufteilung der Räume super. Aber alles ist sehr abgewohnt. Bäder und die Küche gehören renoviert. Teilweise richt es ungut. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war okay. Es gab keine Einführung, z.B. kein Hinweis, dass man außen erst die Pumpe einschalten muss. Nur eine Anleitung zum Müll mit Strafandrohung. Das WLAN hat nie funktioniert. Die Pumpe ging kaputt, wurde aber repariert. Gasherd muckt Schade, es könnte ein so schönes Haus sein.

Casa datata, non pulita ma esterno eccelangela p.

Non si può arrivare in una struttura dove sono state richieste le lenzuola e dobbiamo rifare noi i letti. L'interno della casa è datato e poco curato. Pulizia molto scarsa. Abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con l'acqua per 3 giorni e non ci avevano comunicato che c'era una pompa da accendere. Lo abbiamo scoperto da soli. L'esterno però è fantastico e il panorama e la tranquillità pure.

L'esterno della casa è emozionante. Si passano serate indimenticabile guardando il tramonto.(se sei fortunato come me vedi anche i delfini). Letti comodi vettovagliamento buono. Note dolenti Bagni vecchiotti. acqua della doccia (vasca) scarsa (forse va cambiato il doccino.) Serramenti faticosi da chiudere.
