Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 60 m, bar 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, sandy beach "Lu Impostu" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Puntaldia 1.6 km, Cala Brandinchi 6 km, Porto San Paolo 10 km, Olbia 24 km. Please note: car recommended.

Das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder wirken deutlich schöner als die Realität. Die unteren Zimmer waren klein und feucht, die Sauberkeit insgesamt verbesserungswürdig. Außenbereich (Grill, Pool, Dusche) war nicht gereinigt. Müllinfos unklar, Behälter zu klein. Küche ungepflegt, alter Kühlschrank im Wohnraum. Positiv: Klimaanlagen funktionierten, neue Spülmaschine & Kühlschrank. Insgesamt nur 3 von 5 Sternen.

We used 1 long day to clean the swimming pool. And we fixed the filter pump for the pool. Haven't been cleaned for monts.

Mooi huis op een prachtige locatie. Vlakbij het strand. Veel ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

La Villa est très correcte, un peu humide tout de même. Il manque cependant un petit book nous indiquant le fonctionnement de la villa sur l'utilisation du jacuzzi, des télécommandes et surtout comment remettre le courant en cas de coupure électrique (ce qui nous est arrivé un soir et pour lequel nous avons mis plus de 2 minutes pour trouver le disjoncteur principal).

Maison idéalement située à quelques pas d’une plage idéale pour les enfants (eau peu profonde), agréable en famille, propre. Bémols: maison humide cette semaine (grosse pluie semaine précédente?), extérieurs pas nettoyés (terrasse, balcon et jacuzzi). Un document d’information de la maison et des environs serait nécessaire. Possibilité de parquer deux voitures dans la propriété.
