Simple apartment house "Limette". In the hamlet La Ciaccia 4 km from the centre of Valledoria, 50 m from the sea. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Badesi 13 km, Castelsardo 14 km. Please note: car recommended.

16 m a.s.l. >>Small, quiet, family-friendly holiday resort, in the northern part of the island 2 km from the sea, 60 km west from Santa Teresa di Gallura, 45 km east from Porto Torres, 30 km west from Costa Paradiso. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar.

Sehr einfach eingerichtet und vieles in die Jahre gekommen. Belüftungsmöglichkeit zu gering (ein Fenster). Starker SCHIMMELgeruch. Schränke muffiger Geruch. Eigene Parkplätze beeinträchtigen den schönen Blick auf das Meer. Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Terrasse eingeschränkter Meerblick. Steiler Weg zum FelsStrand. Ruhige Lage wurde leider durch Musik vom nahen Strandleben (15min. Fußweg) in der Sommersaison untermalt. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und dann natürlich diesen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge an der Küste entlang, Supermarkt und Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde die wieder mieten.

Das Apartment ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist auch ein Grill und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, und man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Höhepunkt ist allerdings die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Die Wohnung liegt günstig für Ausflüge an der Küste entlang. Ich würde sie wieder mieten.

Giorno2: non c'è elettricità in casa (piano terra+piano 1) anche se i salvavita non sono saltati. Si scopre dopo diverse ore che il problema era in strada, nel contatore principale e non si hanno le chiavi. pessimo! Manutenzioni da fare: -rubinetto lavello cucina -divano letto privo di alcune doghe -alcuni fuochi non funzionanti -doccino bagno

Als Unterkunft mit sehr wenig Anspruch reicht es aus. Schränke nicht benutzbar, da muffiger Geruch, diverse Steckdosen defekt. Küchenherd eine Flamme defekt. Vorgarten fehlt etwas Liebe. Da unterer Bereich dadurch eingeschränkter Meerblick. Man sollte sich die Beschreibung sehr gut durchlesen, Kies und Fels - Strand steil abfallend. Um vor der Unterkunft an den Strand zu gelangen muss man einen recht steilen Weg heruntergehen. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, Supermarkt 5 min. zu Fuß.

Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr kühl in den Räumen (Ende Mai). Daran mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen, was im Hochsommer aber ein grosser Pluspunkt sein dürfte. Bei Fragen und Problemen stand der Kundendienst umgehend zur Verfügung und alles wurde alsbald in Ordnung gebracht. Die Lage über dem Meer ist fantastisch. Zum Strand muss man allerdings einen kleinen Pfad hinuntersteigen und einige kleinere Hindernisse überwinden. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft all jenen, die es gerne einfach haben.
