Location Description San Vito lo Capo

Tourist locality set in a pleasant position 40 km north-east of Trapani, overlooking the sea, from which it is separated by a wide beach of very fine white sand. The central part of the town is made up of small white houses around which the new urbanization has developed. Interesting sixteenth-century sanctuary, once a Norman fortress. The town is served by charging stations for electric cars. Important holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea with beautiful view. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

De douche was een roestige bak. Stonk naar urine. De aanrecht was verroest. Te weinig pannen om te kunnen koken. Gaskookplaat was vet en er was een pannendragers afgebroken. Slechts één dunne theedoek en geen vaatdoek. De slaapkamer was netjes maar de extra kamer was het bed niet opgemaakt. Er waren geen extra dekbed ondanks koude nachten De ontvangst werd gedaan door 2 klus mannen die helemaal geen engels spraken. Ik voel mezelf een beetje opgelicht, dit was echt zijn geld niet waard.

L'appartamento è in ottima posizione appena fuori il centro. Spiaggia vicina. Qualche problema con le zanzare, ma poi hanno disinfestato, la Tv e internet con il segnale che scompare di tanto in tanto. Per il resto bella casa, pulita, spaziosa e riparata dal sole diretto, per cui va bene non avere A/C in soggiorno (ma c'e' un ventilatore). Bisognerebbe rendere la casa più funzionale: prese elettriche nuove e meglio posizionate, specie in cucina, nuovi infissi.
