Patio (30 m2), terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house (1.3 km via unmade road). Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, bakery 1.3 km, bus stop 700 m. Small resort with 3'100 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, on top of a hill, in a convenient position, 20 km west from Arezzo, 45 km north-east from Siena, 55 km south-east from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities for shopping 15 km.

Wonderfull stay at a lovely place Philipp N.

We (3 kids and 2 parents, 2 grandparents) stayed here for one week and it was amazing. This house is such a lovely place in the outback of Arezzo in the middle of olive trees. The street is rough but you can manage it easily. However, we found everything we needed. The pool was kept clean, the kitchen has everything you need and you will find different spots around the house to relax and eat. Don't forget the grill and the lovely landlords. Come here and enjoy your stay.

Ein altes hübsches Haus mit frisch renovierten Bädern und weitläufigem gepflegten Gelände. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen können mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Terrasse incl. Pool haben sehr zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Der Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich, ansprechbar und hat auf alle Fragen sofort reagiert. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage, ist man sehr schnell an den typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Anfahrt sah komplizierter aus als sie schließlich war.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Internet innen sehr gut, außen ausreichend. Der Weg etwas schwierig,mit unserem Touran aber gut befahrbar. Der Vermieter hat ihn für uns geebnet. Bei Bedarf konnten wir uns immer an ihn wenden. Er kam öfters z. Gießen. Haben uns dann immer gefreut über sein Gemüse, Wein & Olivenöl! Er spricht nur italienisch, sein Sohn englisch. Beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Reifenpanne, es wurde uns schnell&unkompliziert geholfen, dafür sind wir unendlich dankbar

Manque de matériel entre autre cafetière. Problème d écoulement douche ... Le chemin de terre est vraiment difficile surtout en période pluie À revoir niveau sécurité

Wir haben in der Unterkunft 3 wunderbare Wochen Urlaub genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist immer wieder mal auf dem Grundstück und kümmert sich um die Bäume oder den Pool. Wer sich da etwas „großzügiger“ Sonnen möchte sollte das auf jeden Fall beachten. Der Weg ist aus unserer Erfahrung typisch für Häuser abseits von Orten und in den Bergen der Toskana. Ich bin aber auch mit einem BMW M440i gut angekommen und der hat nicht die meiste Bodenfreiheit.

abbiamo alloggiato di recente per una settimana e devo dire che e' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa e' in mezzo agli ulivi dove regna una pace stupenda , i proprietari gentilissimi ed ospitali . Nulla da dire se non consigliare a tutti di alloggiare presso questa bellissima villa. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente grazie anche alla gentilezza del proprietario che e' stato davvero super disponibile .
