For shared use: property 40'000 m2 with trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. 150 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 300 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Main road 150 m from the property.

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione. Deve essere bella con il bel tempo, ma noi siamo venuti in aprile e ha piovuto molto. La casa non ha ventilazione e bisogna pagare un extra per il riscaldamento (5,50 euro per litro di GPL, cioè 120 euro per una settimana, usandolo il meno possibile). Il proprietario è veloce nel rispondere alle richieste.

Mooie, authentieke en ruime vakantiewoning. Prima bedden. Geheel privé. Eigenaren desgevraagd zeer behulpzaam. Het adres is niet bekend in navigatie en daardoor lastig te vinden. Na een telefoontje werden we opgehaald in het dorp.

Le cadre champêtre au milieu des oliviers. Sentier cailloux pour accéder. hôtesse accomodante même si il faut plutôt échanger en italien (appli traduction). Le logement rustique avec 2 grandes chambres. La salle d'eau mériterait d'être refaite : deux petites pièces contiguës avec chacune une cabine de douche, les WC dans la seconde, le lavabo dans la première. De fait une seule salle d'eau. Enfin, mauvaises odeurs le matin dûes probablement a la fosse septique. Mitigé donc

Les mauvaises odeurs que vous mentionnez provenaient effectivement d'un problème dans les égoûts mais cela a désormais été résolu et nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée. Das Haus ist eine nett-renovierte Bauernscheune mit einer schönen überdachten Terrasse und einem schönen sauberen Pool in der Anlage. Die Beschreibung stimmt im Wesentlichen, allerdings ist die Zufahrt eine "Schotterpiste" und kein Weingut. Ebenso fehlte es an deutschen TV-Programmen. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer roch es nach Gas, da es direkt an die Gasheizung angrenzt. Dies haben wir reklamiert - der Besitzer konnte dies jedoch nicht ändern. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Zufahrt erfolgt, wie ausgeschrieben, über einen 150m langen Naturweg. Deutsche Programme sind vorhanden und es liegt eine Liste mit den Sendernummern im Objekt aus. Die defekten Lampen wurden ersetzt. Die Heizungsanlage wird regelmäßig überprüft und ist in Ordnung. Der wahrgenommene Geruch wurde nicht durch die Heizung verursacht sondern kam von außen, weshalb der Vermieter empfohlen hatte, die Fenster zu schließen.
