Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs, covered balcony, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Very beautiful, comfortable house "Casa Alfredo", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Castel San Gimignano 13 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 11 km from the centre of Colle di Val D'Elsa, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 63 km from the sea. Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bar, bicycle rental 12 km, bus stop "Castel San Gimignano" 50 m, railway station "Colle di Val d'Elsa" 11 km, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 63 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Tennis 11 km, indoor tennis centre 11 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Volterra 15 km, Certaldo 30 km, Siena 40 km, Firenze 65 km, Pisa 80 km. 320 m a.s.l. >>San Gimignano is famous as the town of many towers. It has been awarded the UNESCO World Heritage status, there are only 15 remaining towers out of 75, it is the symbol of Medieval Tuscany and within its town walls man can still imagine the life of ancient times. Famous, historical resort with 7'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, on top of a hill with beautiful view, 45 km south-west from Firenze, 40 km north-west from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

The apartment is ok, the equipment is simple but functioning. The view is splendid (no wonder: Tuscany), however the owner lives on the premises: this is not just a fact - it's a warning! All areas outside the entrance of the house, including the pool, is defined by him as "common ground". Dogs are at best tolerated but have to be on the leash outside the rooms. Especially ladies, girls and honeymooners will not appreciate the lack of privacy, unless they have exhibitionistic tendencies

Vacation In Tuscany (Castel San Gimignano) Aki V.

Villa, pool area and enviroment were clean and there were enough space for six person. The owner was kind and helpful. Cooking knifes were not sharp so it was a bit difficult to prepare food in the villa. Otherwise we were really satisfied.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Durchgangsstraße des Ortes. Wer bei offenem Fenster schläft, fühlt sich ggf. durch den Verkehr gestört. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig. Das Besteck ist reichlich vorhanden, allerdings sind die Messer stumpf u. lange im Gebrauch. Es gab nur eine 1-Personen-Kaffe-Pad-Maschine. Bei einer 6 Personenbelegung nicht ausreichend. Uns wurde umgehend eine neu angeschaffte Filterkaffee-Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke dafür. Es gibt nur 1 Fön bei 2 Bädern!
