Heating not available in all rooms. 2 small balconies, small terrace partly roofed, patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Es war Katastrophal! Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung so verdreckt sowas haben wir noch nie gesehen. ...Küchenplatte total klebrig ,Haare auf den Sofas Böden Schlafzimmern usw. Rauchgestank in der oberen Etage. Die Möbelstücke total kaputt und ausgefranzt. Die Waschmaschine und der Wäscheständer voll mit Rost. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert haben 30€ dafür bezahlt. Nach 1 mal Duschen war das Wasser nurnoch kalt. Eingangstür kaputt. Die Damen vor Ort unhöflich und unkompetent.

- verstopfter Abfluss, kaputte Duschtüren, - kein Wasserkocher in dem Haus - klebriges Geschirr - kostenpflichtig Strand, bei dem nicht mal ein kleines Spielplatz vorhanden ist wie bei den anderen daneben - trotz der Reklamation des Abflusses, nur einen Teil des Strandpreises als Gutschrift bekommen und 60 wurden frecherweise ohne was zu sagen einbehalten von der Kaution, eine komplette Frechheit da das Haus schmutzig und ungepflegt ist drinnen, Badezimmern und Flecken auf der Couch

Die Wohnung entspricht dem italienischen Standard. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Töpfen. Allerdings gibt es keine Espresso Tassen (sehr komisch im Land des Espresso). Für 6 Personen optimal. Wie hier schon erwähnt wurde ist die steile Treppe nix für kleine Kinder. Lage super, gleich beim Bäcker in der Pizzeria und am Strand.
