For shared use: garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with meadow, orchard. Private: terrace, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 250 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Viareggio" 10.4 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 8.4 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 17 km, Pietrasanta 10 km, Marina di Pietrasanta 12 km, Lucca 33 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 46 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 79 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 18 km, Lago di Massaciuccoli 25 km. Hiking paths: Antro del Corchia Levigliani 30 km, Grotta all´Onda Casoli 10 km. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca il fresco della collina,privacy agreste e mare a 15 minuti….ideale per famiglie con bimbi. I vicini sono i simpaticissimi giovani proprietari .

Ein sehr schönes altes Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Schöne Umgebung mit Geschäften und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine tolle überdachte Terrasse mit Aussicht uns Grüne. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Reiseziel.

Una grande idea,soprattutto per una famiglia. Un casale tipico toscano a 20 minuti dal mare in Versilia. La serenita’ di serate nel verde da vivere con i propri cari, Pietrasanta a 10 minuti e Lucca a 35 minuti di auto. Ciliegina: il calore e l’istintiva ospitalita’ espresse dai giovani proprietari che vivono a due passi,sempre disponibili.
