Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 60 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Heating available only from 08.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises, public parking 50 m. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, pedestrian zone 1.2 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Viareggio" 10 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 8 km, Lucca 31 km, Pisa 30 km, Firenze 119 km, Rionmaggiore (5 Terre) 77 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 16 km, Lago di Massaciuccoli 23 km. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Mooi opgemaakte bedden, schattige keuken met gordijntjes. Echt Italiaans. Perfect dat er parkeerruimte aanwezig is. Ligt in een prachtige omgeving, om van alles te kunnen ondernemen.

Wunderschönes Haus ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Sehr, sehr sauber!!! Sehr nette (ital. sprechende) Vermieterin hat uns sogar geholfen, als wir uns ausgesperrt haben. Sehr ruhige Lage, fußläufig Bäcker + 2x Pizzeria + Feinkostladen 3 min, Innenstadt 15 min. Traumhafter Blick in die Natur. Vollausstattung in der Küche. Vermieterin wartet im Haus mit Schlüssel. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Haartrockner in die Ausstattung aufnehmen; das Geschirr /Besteck könnte für 7 Personen knapp werden
