Practical and rustic furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 small room with 1 french bed (130 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). No heating option. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: mosquito net, hair dryer. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Above Sant'Anna di Stazzema (2.4 km), in the hamlet Vincio 12 km from the centre of Camaiore, 21 km from the centre of Viareggio, 51 km from the centre of Pisa, on a slope, 18 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with trees, natural garden. 12 km long motor access (mountain road). Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 30 m. Grocery 12 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Viareggio" 21 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 18 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 21 km, Lucca 44 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 79 km, Carrara (cave marmo Fantascritti) 43 km, Firenze 130 km, Collodi (Parco Pinocchio) 62 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 33 km, Torre del Lago 27 km. Hiking paths: Antro del Corchia Levigliani 34 km, Grotta dell´Onda Casoli 22 km. Location Description Camaiore

34 m a.s.l. >>Camaiore, situated in a basin surrounded by hills at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, has an historic town centre within the old town walls which is home to many handicraft shops. Numerous festivals and markets are held here in summer where art craftsmen and dealers are represented from all over Italy. Well-known, historical, busy resort with 30'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 10 km north from Viareggio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

The town of Camaiore was founded by the Romans, in the Middle Ages it was important to stop the FRANCIGENA. At 12 km the Versilia with its famous sandy beaches, shops and popular tourist attractions. A 12 km Pietrasanta and his art, where Michelangelo was staying when he went to Carrara (35 km).

Ruhe und Natur sind in diesem Ferienhaus zu 100% gegeben. Ein Ort um runter zu kommen und der Hektik zu entfliehen. Das Gelände mit drei verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt ein zu verweilen und zu entspannen.. Jedoch hat das innere des Hauses dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Vieles ist kaputt, undicht und die Sauberkeit lässt extrem zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus hat potenzial, aber in diesem Zustand muss man leider erhebliche Abstriche machen. Sehr schade.

Der Vermieter Carlo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch den ein oder anderen Tipp parat, z. B. in dem Wallfahrstort S. Anna kurz vorm Ziel kann man ein paar Kleinigkeiten einkaufen (Käse, Wurst, Getränke etc.) . Nun zur Unterkun

Wir waren im Juli 23 mit 3 Personen dort, wer Ruhe sucht wird sie dort auf jedenfall finden und wer sich nicht scheut die Anfahrt in die Berge auf teils sehr engen Strassen auf sich zu nehmen (von der Küste aus ca. 35 Min) scheut, ist dort ebefalls richtig. Der Vermieter Carlo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch den ein oder anderen Tipp parat, z. B. in dem Wallfahrstort S. Anna kurz vorm Ziel kann man ein paar Kleinigkeiten einkaufen (Käse, Wurst, Getränke etc.) . Nun zur Unterkunft, sie ist einfach rustikal aber stimmig für ein Rustico in den Bergen. Man hat alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub, und falls doch was fehlt kann man es sich ja auch einfach selbst besorgen. Ein kleinen Fehler muss ich doch nennen, das ist die Dusche sie ist etwas unpraktisch eingebaut so das man nach dem duschen erstmal das halbe Bad trocken wischen muss, uns hat das zwar nicht wirklich gestört (dann wischt man haltkurz und alles ist Gut. Wer also Spaß ein einem schönen rustikalen Häuschen in den Bergen hat dann nix wie da hin! Wir können es jedenfalls empfehlen.

Trochę brakowało zadaszonego tarasu i pierwsze dni to walka z mrówkami w kuchni. Jeśli ktoś nie lubi krętych wąskich dróg to niech nie rezerwuje, ale dla innych może to być zaletą tego miejsca. Ja jestem osobiście zadowolony i polecam innym.

Die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz aus auf das Meer ist nicht vorhanden und mit Bäumen zugewachsen. Nachts und auch morgens ist das Hundegebell vom Nachbarn unerträglich

Tolles Häuschen direkt am Waldrand am Ende der Straße. Haus ist wie beschrieben. Minimalistisch ohne WLAN , aber sehr gemütlich. Wanderwege sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch der Friedenspark u das Museum und kleines Bistro von St. Anna. Ansonsten 25 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zur Hauptstraße einplanen. Check In mit Carlos hat super funktioniert. Müll wird jeden Tag ein anderer abgeholt, am besten den Müllmann fragen welcher dran ist. Wer Ruhe und die Nähe zum Wald mag ist hier genau richtig.

Bardzo urokliwy domek, położony bardzo wysoko w górach. Praktycznie na odludziu. Do domku prowadzi kręta, górska droga. Domek ładnie urządzony. Dokoła domu ładny teren z pięknymi widokami na góry, dolinę i morze.

Das Haus ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich und die Natur in der Umgebung sind perfekt zum Entspannen und Wandern.

Wer die Ruhe abseits sucht und wenig Ansprüche hat, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau Richtig. Die Fahrt in 700 Meter Höhe dauert ca. 20 Minuten und und ist nichts für Beifahrer denen schnell Übel wird. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet. Die "Dusche" ist gerade noch ausreichend (4-) Im Garten ist ein Grill mit ausreichend Feuerholz. Für kleine Kinder ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet, da die Geländer im Garten kurz vor dem Verfall sind und die Treppe zum Haus sehr steil ist.
