The property is located within a large private land, with a flower garden, olive grove, orchard, swimming pool. Despite being in an extremely quiet position, it is well served by the road network which allows easy travel to all the cities of Tuscany. Pool maintenance every Wednesday, from 18:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. Rustic villa "Villa Le Casette", renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 6.5 km from the centre of Viareggio, 26 km from the centre of Pisa, 25 km from the centre of Lucca, 6.5 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake, 6.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'200 m2 with lawn, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Location Description Massarosa

10 m a.s.l. >>Massarosa is situated at the foot of the Apuanian Alps, only a few kilometres away from the Lago Massaciuccoli, which is a nature reserve and attracts many different types of bird. The Giacomo Puccini villa is located on the bank nearest to the sea and hosts open-air opera festivals. Viareggio is also just as easy to reach with its beautiful sandy beaches and nightlife. The "Sagra della Ranocchiocciola" is a well-known festival. Resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 8 km from the sea, on a slope, in a convenient position, 10 km east from Viareggio, 18 km west from Lucca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 km.

Stort hus som inneholder alt du trenger for en uke. Vi var der i begynnelsen av mai og da var det litt kaldt inne. Men vi fyrte i peisen. Aircondition på alle soverom. Stor og fin uteplass. Bassenget hadde ikke overtrekk om natten, så vi måtte rense det for småkryp hver morgen. Husverten var svært hyggelig og imøtekommende.

Lage und Ausstattung der Villa sind wirklich gut. Einzig bei den Betten darf man sich nicht zu viel erwarten. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Perfekte Villa für eine Woche mit Freunden. Traumhafter Ausblick. Gute Anbindung an Strand, Berge und Ausflugsorten wie Lucca und Pisa. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche um gute italienische Gerichte zu zaubern. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Vi var 6 vuxna och 5 små barn som bodde en vecka i detta fantastiska hus. perfekt för våra familjer. Härliga omgivningar och lagom stor Pool som barnen älskade. Huset var välstädat och hade allt man behövde. värdparet var trevligt och mycket hjälpsamma. vi återkommer gärna.

Todella kaunis ja tunnelmallinen huvila. Pihalta hienot näkymät useaan suuntaan. Omistajat olivat ystävällisiä ja kävivät viikon aika pari kertaa hoitamassa pihaa ja uima-allasta. Paljon erilaisia oleskelutiloja, joista osassa emme kuin käyneet piipahtamassa. Aika kului pihalla, uidessa, keittiössä ja yläkerroksen makuuhuoneissa. Keittiössä mahtuu tekemään isollekin porukalle ruokaa. Olisimme toivoneet parempaa mahdollisuutta valmistaa ruokaa ulkona. Grilli oli, mutta ei kovin hyvä.
