In the centre of Viareggio, in a central, quiet position residential area (villas), 400 m from the edge of the forest, 800 m from the sea, from the beach. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 10 m on the road extra. Location Description Viareggio

Tourism has a long tradition in the main town on the Versilian coastline, manifested in the art deco buildings from the 1920s. The long sandy beach with numerous beach baths, the harbour, the different entertainment possibilities and the nightlife offer something for all tastes. Cycle path as far as Maria di Pietrasanta. Viareggio is also known for its carnival whereby enormous figures are transported in the procession. During the summer season there is a extra charge to use the beach. There are free beach near to Carnaiore and Torre del Lago. Chic, famous, busy bathing resort with 58'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 35 km north from Pisa. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

buone dimensioni dell appartamento. c'è l'indispensabile per poter cucinare e ci sono prodotti anche per il bagno. purtroppo però la casa è troppo umida tanto è vero che sia le lenzuola che i nostri abiti erano zuppi. tanta puzza e tanta polvere ovunque. il divano e la tappezzeria pieno di polvere ed emettevano cattivo odore. i cellulari non prendono e la linea internet offerta è molto lenta.

No cable internet, and the WiFi is actually a transceiver which serves the internet from the neighbors, so the speed is barely capable of serving websites. Switching the oven ON immediately blows the fuses, even if nothing but light is on, making it unusable. AC is present only in one room (bedroom), therefore the saloon gets relatively warm, even if the AC is working 24/7. The TV is really small and obviously - has no internet connection. There should be more bags provided for organic trash.
