Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. Small patio 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 1 km, tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km, cycle lane 100 m, children's playground 800 m. Nearby attractions: Marina di Pietrasanta 8 km, Forte dei Marmi 11 km, Lucca 20 km, Pisa 20 km, Firenze 80 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Object suitable for 5 adults + 2 children. Location Description Viareggio

Tourism has a long tradition in the main town on the Versilian coastline, manifested in the art deco buildings from the 1920s. The long sandy beach with numerous beach baths, the harbour, the different entertainment possibilities and the nightlife offer something for all tastes. Cycle path as far as Maria di Pietrasanta. Viareggio is also known for its carnival whereby enormous figures are transported in the procession. During the summer season there is a extra charge to use the beach. There are free beach near to Carnaiore and Torre del Lago. Chic, famous, busy bathing resort with 58'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 25 km north-west from Lucca, 35 km north from Pisa. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Appartement dicht bij zee, modern en schoon. Praktisch en van veel gemakken voorzien. In tegenstelling tot de omschrijving is er geen droger en geen strijkbout aanwezig. Daarnaast zijn er geen (rol)gordijnen bij voorraam en slaapkamer op begane grond (uitsluitend luiken die niet blinderend zijn). Instructie gids van Interhome klopt niet met de locatie/het appartement. Parkeren in de buurt van het appartement kan uitdagend zijn in het hoogseizoen.

Das Apartment war sehr hochwertig, wurde von einem Innenarchitekten eingerichtet. Alle Details, auch die Dekoration waren aufeinander abgestimmt. (Leider nicht das Geschirr.) Wir haben das Apartment zu zweit genutzt, so dass jeder eine Etage für sich hatte (Schlafzimmer mit Bad). Im unteren Schlafraum befinden sich in einem kleinen Zimmer 4 Wandbetten, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. In den Bädern genossen wir sehr die Regenduschen.

Die Wohnung war super modern, sauber und schön. Es hat alles gut funktioniert, wir haben den Schlüssel sogar etwas früher bekommen als erwartet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, sehr gute Espresso-Maschine, Mixer, Toaster. Die Betten waren gut, Bäder top top. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich und erstaunlich leise. Die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften genial! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
