Schmutzig - aber kompetente Lösung Renate D.

Dieses Haus war auf den ersten Blick ok. ABER die Schränke, Fenster, Boden Duschkabine waren sehr verschmutzt. Auch die Terrasse und die Gartenmöbel machten einen sehr Verwahrlosung Eindruck - GAR NICHT SCHÖN ! Wir haben alles fotografiert und uns an der Rezeption beschwert. Dort war man sehr freundlich und bemüht - Wir haben noch am selben Tag ein anderes, ganz ganz tolles Haus bekommen und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Einiges nicht in Ordnung. Mobiliar verbraucht und kaputt. Unsauber. In einem Zimmer Fußboden beschädigt. Sonnenschirm kaputt. Regal im Bad schief, rutscht alles runter. Der Park selber ist sehr schön angelegt und ruhig. Wassernähe prima. Bademöclichkeit mit Kindern super.

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Lage und die Nähe zum Wasser gefallen hat. Wir bedauern jedoch, dass einige Einrichtungsgegenstände nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand waren. Unser Team wurde bereits informiert und wird die notwendigen Reparaturen vornehmen, um den Aufenthalt für zukünftige Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Alles Sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles wesentliche war Vorhanden, wer auf starken Luxus verzichten kann... Arbeiten am Haus wurden während des Urlaubsaufenthalt erledigt. Somit mindestens 2 Mal die Woche ein Handwerker...Sehr Störend, ungemütlich... Und sprachlich alles nur in Englisch / Niederländisch. Kein DEUTSCH Endtäuschend Endtäuschend auch, das man die Waschmaschinen aus HYGIÄNEGRÜNDE nicht nutzbar waren... Schimmelbildung an Bullauge und Innen im Gehäuse.

Alles ist wie beschrieben. Ich hatte noch während des Aufenthaltes zwei weitere Nächte dazu gebucht. Auch direkt bezahlt und via Mail bestätigt bekommen. Es war sehr unglücklich ca. eine Stunde nach altem Abreisetermin von einer Person zu hören, er sei sich zu 100% sicher, dass ich mit meiner Verlängerungsinfo falsch liegen würde. Aber da kann der Unterhalter ja nix für. Er hat sich hinterher höflichst entschuldigt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Mfg
