Single-family house "Willa Sonia", 2 storeys, built in 2000, renovated in 2015. In a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 7 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (16 x 5 m, depth 150 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Barbecue, fireplace. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m. Riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 600 m, cable car 7 km, ski lift 7 km, skisport facilities 7 km, slopes 7 km, ski school 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zawoja. Please note: suitable for families. Hiking trails right next to the property. Possibility of arrival with 5 dogs (additional fee).
