Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms with curtain, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 185 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC, hydro massage shower. Wood heating. Large porch. Terrace furniture, covered balcony. View of the mountains and the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. The rustic style house has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely farm of 2 hectares with a river (it is possible to go trout fishing) which crosses the farm. For shared use: garden (not fenced) with plants and flowers, orchard 2'000 m2. Barbecue. Private: garden with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop "Pesúes" 10 km, railway station "Pesúes" 10 km, sandy beach "Playas la Franca y El Rosal" 15 km, shingle beach " y arena de Pechón" 15 km. Golf course (9 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Cuevas de El Soplao a 15 km, Llanes (con sus playas de arena blanca) 17 km. Small village with 100 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, 80 km south-west from Santander, 25 km south-east from S.Vicente de la Barquera. All shops, restaurants etc. in S. Vicente Barquera, 25 km. Area belonging to the Herrerias town council, on the border with Asturias. Nearby, you can visit many cultural and tourist areas: Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Covadonga. Local fiesta de Sta Maria. There are horseriding routes, bicycle hire, canoe trips on the river Deva, organised routes for mountaineering and hiking, Quad bike routes (4-wheel bikes). Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabarceno 80km. It is possible to play golf in San Vicente de la Barquera, 25 km. ("Golf Sta Marina").

I was nervous about using InterHome, I had no experience of them prior to this transaction. I should not have worried. The property was delightful... and what a spot! The views were impressive. Lovely and peaceful.

El alojamiento necesita muchos cuidados. Las camas muy incomodas, Toda la ropa de cama hace falta cambiar. Dormir con estas almohadas imposible. Ducha funcionaba mal. Alcachofa de ducha pegada con cinta transparente. El precio y calidad no coinciden en absoluto.

Casamaría es un rinconcito acojedor, con unas vistas increíbles. Lo alquilamos para un total de tres días y seguramente volvamos. Celebramos el primer añito de nuestra hija allí. Espacio suficiente para poner una cuna. Con su cocinita, su baño con ducha de hidromasaje, su chimenea. Lo mejor es su amplio terreno, por el cual puedes pasear, o si eres persona de fotografiar los paisajes, ahí se saca fotos preciosas. El porche de la entrada es precioso, e ideal para tomar un desayuno al aire libre..
