Small kitchen 4 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Hip bath/WC. Side view of the sea. In the resort 2.4 km from the centre of Benidorm, in the district Playa Poniente, in a sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: property (fenced), public parking. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 10 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 50 m, railway station "Benidorm" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Mundomar 8 km, Aqualandia 8 km, Terra Natura 4 km, Terra Mitica 4 km, Alicante 41 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 54 km. Please note: no lift. Baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Excellent communication between key holder and us. Contacted on day of arrival. The apartment was in an excellent situation one back from beach but with views of the sea( all promotion pictures are accurate) The facilities in the apartment where very good. Clean and comfortable. Two things to be aware of are it is on the fourth floor,no lift and no aircon.

- Alojamiento con mal olor cuando llegamos - Baño excesivamente, en el cual la ducha no se podía colgar y el váter no trabaja bien - La vitrocerámica de la cocina no iba - El frigorífico tenía un ruido super molesto - Cama y almohadas super incomodas - Sin aire acondicionado, unicamente dos ventiladores que no ayudan nada para combatir el calor
