Location Description Benissa

254 m a.s.l. >>Cosy resort, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 70 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. The coast is situated between Calpe and Moraira and is shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach. The other closest sandy beaches are situated in Moraira and Calpe. Car is necessary. It is possible to take part in summer sports, entertainment and organised trips. Market on Saturdays. Flea market on Tuesdays. Its famous patron saint fiestas at the end of April and its "Moros y Cristianos" at the end of June. Golf course 9 km. Lovely countryside when the almond trees are in blossom, from the end of January to the beginning of March. R:EGVT-5-A.

Huis voorzien van alles wat we nodig hebben. Maar het miste net dat beetje extra aandacht dat je voor deze prijs mag verwachten. Het was niet schoon, buiten was het een rommeltje. Het appartement beneden was vies en het stonk er enorm. Verder heb je totaal geen privacy buiten. Alle huizen liggen op en tegen elkaar aan gebouwd. Iedereen kijkt zo bij elkaar het zwembad in. Ondanks het volgebouwde straatje was het wel erg rustig.

Leuk huis,maar wel wat achterstallig onderhoud Tuinmeubels waren wat oud en er waren geen ligbedden De trap naar boven is stijl en heeft 52 tredes,dus dat was een tegenvaller Verder heerlijk zwembad wat ook schoongemaakt word en super lekker bed Al met al is het een leuk huis maar duur voor het gene wat je krijgt
