In the district of Playa Almadrava 2 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 9 km from the centre of Dénia, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (20 x 14 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:30-00:00) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground (slide). In the house: lift. Parking, communal covered parking. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Paar Macken gibt es doch: es gibt in der Wohnung keine Spülmaschine; Stühle auf dem Balkon sind kaputt, wir haben die nicht benutzt. Ich habe es im Reisebüro auch gemeldet. Im Bad ist der Spiegel zerbrochen und nur mit einem Band drumherum umgewickelt. Sonst war die Wohnung auch sauber und es ist dort eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer.

Apartament ma doskonała lokalizacje, przy samej plaży dodatkowo fajny basen . Generalnie apartament był dosyć czysty. Ale: okropnie skrzypiały łóżka, do tego stopnia że w nocy budziły nas wszystkich, meble tarasowe (krzesła) sa połamane- niewygodnie się na nich siedziało, powinny być już dawno wymienione, a nie zalepiane jakimś klejem bo to nie działa); żelazka strach używać- ma uszkodzony kabel w kilku miejscach, w łazience z prysznicem sufit nad nim i zasłonka sa do wymiany, sofa poplamiona…

Die Anlage und die Lage sind fantastisch. Die Betten ok, das Badezimmer aus den 80er Jahren - Duschköpfe und Accessoires sollten mal erneuert werden. Ebenso 2 Balkonstühle, deren Rückenlehnen gebrochen sind. Sehr gut: Waschmaschine vorhanden. Der Service von Interhome war sehr gut.

L'appartement était bien situé et confortable Cependant qqs remarques : Il a été difficile à trouver à notre arrivée De même pour l'emplacement de parking, c'est par hasard que nous l'avons trouvé en sous sol car pas indiqué Les sièges de la terrasse étaient inconfortables, et l'un était cassé. Nous aurions apprécié un salon de jardin plus sympa pour profiter de la vue Par rapport à d'autres locations, nous avons été surpris de ne pas trouver du produit vaisselle, du sel/poivre, de l'huile

Trés belle appartement, trés bien situé, vue magnifique, seul bemol dommage que nous devons à chaque fois acheter des pinces à linges, les luminaires terrasse doivent être remis à neuf et surtout mettre un cache, dans la cuisine manque beaucoups de choses heureusement que nous avons avec nous tout nos ustensiles de cuisines EX manque planche à découper, ouvre bouteille, seulement trois verres à vin pas de plateau, manque égelement une table basse

Die Wohnung mit herrlichem Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer liegt an einem ruhigen Steinstrand. Pool und Meer sehr gut für Kinder zum Baden. Sehr gute Lage, um die Ecke eine tolle Bäckerei, ein sehr gutes Restaurant und ein Supermarkt. Kurze Fahrt nach Dénia lohnenswert.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit Pool direkt am Steinstrand. Wohnung sehr groß, modern eingerichtet mit großem Balkon und direktem Meerblick von Balkon und Schlafzimmer! Wir waren begeistert!
