In the resort 1 km from the centre of El Verger, on the outskirts, 11 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 14 m2, depth 75 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, parking space n 7. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 1.4 km, railway station 1.2 km, ferry 1.3 km, sandy beach "Almadrava" 1.4 km. Sports centre 400 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. Wir waren schon 4 mal und werden immer kommen wenn Preise bleiben. Mit dem Verwalter waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kein wen oder aber. Wohnung war sauber wie immer und wurde so gelassen. Ruhig und keine Probleme mit Nachbarn. Werden wir weiter empfehlen! Gruß P. und J. aus Deutschland.

Niestety porównując Interhome z innymi firmami (Airbnb, Booking etc.) to niestety ale wypada blado. Wysokie ceny, poziom już nie taki jak kiedyś. Co do apartamentu to: Bardzo słabo wyposażony i plaga mrówek!!!

Sehr gut ruhig sauber außer ein paar Ameisen war alles gut einkaufen 2 Minuten zum Strand auch nicht weit Anlage sehr sauber und ruhig mit Parkplatz kein Problem werde wenn ich kann nochmals machen
