Residence with 2 shared swimming pools. Tennis open from middle of June to middle September (extra) 250 m away. Large, cosy residence "El Palmar 9". In the district of Las Marinas, 4.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 400 m from the sea, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool (35 x 30 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, slide, children's playground, public car park. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. Appartement fonctionnel avec climatiseur. Bien placé par rapport aux commerces et la plage ainsi que le centre ville. Dans la salle de bain un tapis de douche et tapis pour la sortie de la douche seraient bienvenus. 1-2 linges de plus pour la cuisine seraient appréciés. Dommage qu'il n'ait pas d'ascenseur. R. P.

Urbanización tranquila y muy agradable, con unas piscina geniales sobre todo para ir con niños pequeños. Por parte de la agencia, inmejorable trato y todo facilidades. Sin duda, volvería a planear mis vacaciones con ellos.

die Beanstandung Defekte Kaffeemaschine und ein fehlender Wasserkocher wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben, TV leider nur Spanische Sender empfangbar. Haus extrem hellhörig. Wohnung sauber und modern eingerichtet.
