Very cosy apartment block "Sorts de la Mar", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. 1 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 1 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, railway station 3 km, ferry 2.5 km, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 50 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 100 m. Nearby attractions: club náutico 400 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. Bien placé mais bruit de la route charles f.

Appartement bien situé à 10 minutes du centre ville Spacieux et propre Pas facile de se garer La chambre principale donne sur une route très bruyante car hyper passante à n importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit Et attention à la porte si vous oubliez les clés sur la porte à l extérieur vous ne pouvez plus sortir de l appartement il ne s ouvre pas de l intérieur sans les clés pareille pour la baie vitrée si vous la poussez à l extérieur elle se ferme automatiquement et vous êtes coincé

Ruim appartement, enkele updates gewenst ( afzuigkap, badkamermeubel bijv ), centrale locatie, 2 grote balkons, achter met veel zon. Mooi uitzicht voorkant op palmen en zee. Gebouw is helaas gehorig, wij hadden regelmatig geluidsoverlast van de bovenburen! Probleem met toilet en warm water snel opgelost door Interhome.

Bel appartement, plus grand que ce que nous pensions. Nous avons adoré la vue mer ! Les plus : bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four..), la clim, la salle de bain dans la chambre parentale et la 2ème pour les enfants attenante à leurs chambres. Le petit moins : la route juste en bas de la résidence avec beaucoup de passage (nous habitons en campagne et ne sommes donc pas habitués à cette circulation). Nous recommandons cette location.
