Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater and fan. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater and fan. Bath/bidet/WC. Patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Very old house "Casita Mar", 2 storeys, semi-detached, built in 1936. In the resort Denia(playa Santa Ana), in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 5 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property. Terrace, barbecue, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, café 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.7 km, ferry 1.9 km, sandy beach "Playa de Santa Anna" 5 m. Surf school, sailing school 600 m. Beach in front of the house was super empty so we got it all to ourself! Great location, only problem was a few roaches when we first got in and could use some more fans, other than that- great experience!

The location is great, but the house requires significant renovation. No air conditioning, the equipment in the kitchen is old and lacking necessary things. The bathrooms are substandard. The keys need to be picked up and dropped off in the next village, which is quite a drive. It’s hard to reach the agency who takes care of the property.

Das Ferienhaus liegt hervorragend am Strand mit feinstem Sand. Selbst im August war der Strand immer nur moderat gefüllt. Das obere Bad ist heller als auf dem Bild und sehr sauber. Kleinere Mängel hatte das Team von Interhome spätestens am Folgetag behoben. Vielen Dank!

C'est indéniable cette maison est plus que bien placée et pour cela elle mérite 5 étoiles. Les pieds sur le sable c'est magique. En revanche l'équipement et le soin apporté à la location laissent vraiment à désirer. On paye la vue et l'emplacement mais à ce tarif quelques points sont chagrinants: - dans la cuisine: Pas plus de 3 verres assortis et certains ont des éclats, juste le compte de couverts pour 6 et pas un de plus - des poêles tellement vieille qu'elle sont en forme de bol et seul le centre chauffe. Pas un plateau - un micro-onde dont il ne faut pas toucher le bord au risque de se prendre le jus (faible certe mais ce n'est pas agréable) - à l'étage: Une seule télécommande (fonctionnelle, la 2e était cassée) pour 3 ventilateurs de plafond donc si qqun allume une chambre ça éteint l'autre, il faut se casser la tête pour trouver l'angle qui permet de n'en contrôler qu'un - et je passe sur le fait que les piles étaient mortes et qu'on a du les remplacer. L'eau de la baignoire du haut est sortie un peu jaune... - en général: Des porte manteaux qui tiennent avec des serres joints, pas de plateau, pas de panière à linge - d'un point de vue sécuritaire la 3e marche qui descend sur la plage était brisée à son extrémité avec 3 clous saillants et rouillés. Et quelques informations utiles seraient bonnes à donner: L'emplacement des poubelles, le fait que le boulanger passe en voiture tous les matins de la semaine vers 8h-8h30, le fromager le samedi matin C'était un excellent séjour qui correspondait à nos attente es terme de calme et d'emplacement mais la maison mériterait d'être mieux équipée et vérifiée surtout au prix de la location

Reservé la casa para pasar unos días con unos amigos y no han dejado de darme las gracias por la elección. Tener acceso directo a la playa no tiene precio. La casa maravillosa. Un poco antigua la decoración, pero todo impoluto. Hemos disfrutado mucho y estamos deseando repetir. Se lo estamos recomendando a más amigos y familia, porque realmente merece la pena. Han sido unas vacaciones de diez.
