Private: property 850 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking on the premises. Carport. Restaurant 150 m, bus stop 2.7 km, railway station 3.6 km, sandy beach 2 km. Tennis 100 m.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Villa was fairly clean inside but outside dirty window under covered area and thick muck and cobwebs Garden needed a good tidy up, there was dog poo on the grass so we wouldn’t use this area. No fire extinguisher or fire blanket in kitchen. We did on our last day find an extinguisher by the fire place in a box? Only found as we were checking nothing had fallen on the floor. Very unsafe if there had been a fire. A fire risk Pillows very very poor new ones needed very uncomfortable

Belle maison, avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans. Seul bémol, le fait de devoir passer dans une chambre pour accéder à l'étage (pour ceux qui dorment en bas, c'est moyen). La piscine est très agréable, le jardin est bien entretenu et clos, et l'abris pour la voiture est un plus. La maison est un peu loin du centre de Dénia pour y descendre/remonter à pieds Mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour Merci à l'agence pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse, nous avons quelques indésirables

Alles zoals omschreven. Voldoende materiaal aanwezig in de woning, de woning was netjes, 2x per week komt men het zwembad onderhouden. Airco werkt prima. Heel rustige omgeving. Het zwembad was iets aan de kleinere kant maar verder was alles top!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Villa. Unsere beiden Söhne konnten wieder frei auf dem Grundstück spielen und den Pool genießen. Auch Fußballspielen auf der Wiese ist möglich. Raumaufteilung ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber das ist für uns keinen Minuspunkt wert. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen womöglich bald wieder.

Wir hatten diese Villa schon früher in der engeren Auswahl und dieses Jahr gebucht. Die Villa und die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da was sich der Urlauber wünscht. Zur Lage: Es geht tagsüber eine angenehme Brise über die Terrasse. Zu erreichen ist die Villa allerdings nur über eine Einbahnstraße und die Hofeinfahrt sehr steil. Tief hängende Fahrradträger auf der Anhängerkupplung setzen hier gerne heftig auf. Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen auch gerne wieder

Maison de vacance avec piscine agréable, sans point négatif important. Le seul point un peu négatif était les terrasses couvertes qui n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Normal d'avoir des feuilles avec le vents mais un nombre de tâches importantes au sol. J'ai dû nettoyer à l'eau et savon, lors de notre arrivée, afin d'avoir un sol propre. Mais pour le reste, maison agréable, complète, une vue sur la mer, calme.
