Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Villa Buena Vida". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: natural state property with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, café 700 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 750 m, ferry 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Mooie villaMartin V.

Het huis is mooi en voelt fijn. Vooral de bovenverdieping is erg mooi ingericht. Het ligt in een rustige buurt. Airco's zijn perfect en het zwembad is heerlijk. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
