Private: large garden, orchard, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 2.7 km, ferry 5 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 1.2 km. Sports harbour 1.6 km, surf school 1.4 km, tennis 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. Nous disposions de tout le nécessaire disponible pour passer de bonnes vacances. Très grande piscine et très belle vue depuis la terrasse. La maison est conforme aux photos. Un grand merci au personnel d'Interhome pour leur réactivité...et en particulier à E.( Interhome de Dénia).
