Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 2.5 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

zoals al jaren komen we naar Javea en ook dit jaar via interhome we zijn van deze verhuurfirma heel te vreden niks is te veel voor hen. De vakantie voor volgend jaar is reeds geboekt

La maison est parfaitement entretenue, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Les extérieurs sont soigneusement entretenus, tout comme la piscine. Petit détail qui a son importance : en face il existe une route très empruntée tout au long de la journée. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité au bord de la piscine, ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit idéal. PS : pour quelles raisons justifie-t-on une augmentation considérable du tarif pour la saison 2025 ?

Hola! Estuvimos bien en la casa. Pero a destacar el olor a humedad. Era de la habitación de matrimonio. Tuvimos que tener las ventanas continuamente abiertas porque sino nos ahogaba el olor. Y con lo que ello conlleva de mosquitos. Hasta arriba. Y falta de poda en el jardín que invadían los pasillos de paso.
