Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Beautiful, comfortable villa "Tarraula". In the district of Tarraula, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool with privacy (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Mas y Mas carretera del Pla" 6.7 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Buena casa que necesita una renovaciónVíctor S.

La casa es amplia y cuenta con una piscina cuidada y un buen jardín pero necesita de una renovación: interruptores rotos, una de las sombrillas rota, mosquiteras dañadas, etc. La casa cuenta con muchas puertas en las que no se han unificado las cerraduras por lo que cuesta abrir y cerrar todas las puertas correctamente (una de ellas nunca pudimos cerrarla). Al entrar nos encontramos un estado de limpieza muy deficiente y tuvimos que limpiar nosotros la casa de nuevo.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit rustig gelegen huis met mooie grote tuin. Prachtig uitzicht over Benitaxell, waar de hele week feest met vuurwerk was. Een paar minpunten van het huis: - grote slaapkamer had geen deugdelijke hor - staat van de badkamer was niet denderend - alleen 2 parasols om schaduw te creëren, veel te weinig. Zou echt een overdekt terras aanwezig moeten zijn. - van de serre kan maar 1 deur open - veel te veel verschillende sleutels

Casa posta in un posto bellissimo tranquillo. Tanto spazio all'esterno. La casa il mobilio un po' trascurato ma va benissimo. Nell'insieme abbiamo passato un periodo di completo relax. La consiglio.

Het is een heel mooi huis, dat knus en 'bewoond' aandoet. Voldoende faciliteiten met heel veel ruimte rondom, dus altijd een plek om uit de wind en in de zon te kunnen zitten. De privacy is uitstekend, evenals de uitrusting. Wat ontbrak was een duidelijke handleiding voor de tv, want die was niet aan de praat te krijgen.

Tres belle maison avec un super jardin mais très mal équipée. - La banne sur la terrasse est sur le point de tomber - 2 ventilateurs sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas - 1 parasol sur 2 est cassé - Aucun ustensile de Barbecue - Les accessoires de cuisines sont à revoir, très peu d'epingles. Jardin magnifique ! et très grande piscine bien entretenue.

Le seul problème qu'on a constaté c'est le fait que le personnel d'entretien pour la piscine puisse rentrer à n'importe quelle heure alors même que les enfants sont dans la piscine. L'idéal serai que ça se fasse tôt le matin.
