In the district of Cumbre del Sol 5.5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 5.1 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.7 km, ferry "Denia" 24.3 km, pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.

Die Betreuung von Frau R. war sehr gut. Leider ist die Liegenschaft in die Jahre gekommen und die Umgebung war nicht aufgeräumt. Das es regelmässig im Untergeschoss nach Fäkalien geschmeckt hat, wäre es gut, die Bodenabläufe und Kanalisation zu prüfen. Aussicht war sehr schön jedoch die Glasgeländer sind in ihrer Funktion von eine Absturzsicherung zu überdenken.

Très belle situation, un panorama exceptionnel. L’étage de la terrasse est très bien équipé et confortable. Mais attention, l’une des 4 chambres du bas est très spartiate… 2 lits simples qu’il est impossible de rapprocher (donc pas pour un couple), pas d’armoire, pas de chevet ni de lampe de chevet, aucun rangement et….. ni volet, ni rideaux occultants !! Dans les autres chambres du bas quelques efforts à faire aussi

Prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht ..Erg hoog gelegen. De woning was prima ..,keuken liet te wensen over. Buiten op het terras erg gevaarlijke glaswanden !! Vooral met kinderen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding laat te wensen over .

La casa está regular, en las fotos tiene mejor pinta lo que es en realidad. El día de la entrada preguntamos si podíamos hacer la barbacoa y nos dijeron que si, que estaba todo listo y a la hora de comprar todos la comida no dimos cuenta de que la bombona de gas estaba vacía. Cuando llamé a la agencia, me han colgado y han apagado el teléfono hasta el día siguiente. El lavavajillas estaba roto y el sofá y los sillones muy viejos. La cama y los cojines incómodos. Los platos estaban sucios.
