Cosy house "Sorolla". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, indoor pool angular, secured (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Terrace, barbecue house, parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 12 km, bar 600 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 12 km, tennis 600 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. La maison est bien équipée mais la piscine n'avait pas été nettoyé. Il y avait des traces vertes et la filtration uniquement 4h30 par jour. Nous avons demandé un nettoyage et on nous a indiqué que la personne passait tous les 15 jours. Dommage pour une location à la semaine. Il serait bien de préciser que l eau de la piscine est à 26°C.

Accueil Interhome 10/10, préparation logement nickel. Explications, disponibilité, propreté. Moins bien pour le logement. Cuisine tres petite, impossible de cuisiner, pas de plan de travail, pas de fenêtre. Obligation de passer par l’extérieur pour se rendre a la cuisine d'été, très peu pratique, personnes âgées s'abstenir. Chambre3 a utiliser en dépannage, pas de porte ni fenêtre. Voiture proprio garée devant la terrasse. Photos mensongères. BBQ très sale achat grille obligatoire. WiFi Nul

Perfectamente equipado para ir con niños pequeños. Hay una cama elástica, porterías, canastas, mesa de pin pon. Ojo con los mosquitos. Hay que ir preparado con repelentes. Repetiríamos sin duda
