Open kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer). Bath/shower. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Beautiful, comfortable house "Del Azahar". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 800 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, toller Ausblick, toller Pool, Ausstattung ist z.T. etwas angestoßen, zu kleine Dusche, aber wir würden das Haus wieder mieten. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel etc. der Vormieter vor Ort zu belassen, dann müssen nicht alle neuen Gäste für 2 oder 3 Wochen die kompletten Gewürzausstattung usw. neu kaufen. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service des Büros in Denia, Kaffeemaschine war defekt, angerufen, nachmittags kam eine neue Maschine.

Het huis is comfortabel, mooi en smaakvol ingericht. We hebben zeer genoten van het zwembad en het terras met uitzicht over zee. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk en wat lastig te parkeren op de oprit, parkeren aan de straat ging goed o.a. omdat het huis aan een doodlopende straat ligt waardoor er weinig verkeer is. De badkamer met toilet, een zeer kleine douchecabine, bad en wastafel vonden wij erg, te klein voor 4 volwassen personen. Helaas geen tuin van 800 m2 aanwezig, jammer voor de hond

Pero solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel para 4 dias , el teléfono de la ducha roto y nos hicieron entrar a las 16:00 (por temas de limpieza) y luego nos encontramos hasta cacahuetes ... demasiado caro para lo que es
