Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 6 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, riding stable 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The house has a small apartment on the ground floor with a private terrace which is occupied more tan occasionally by the property which does not interfere in the garden areas, nor the swimming pool, nor the offered housing which is completely isolated and with a totally separate entrance door.
