Vizcondado de Cabanyes 3 km from Calonge: Beautiful, comfortable villa "Venecia", 2 storeys. 5 km from the sea. Private: natural garden 1'000 m2, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 12 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.

Maison fatiguante Aurelie M.

Maison fatiguante par son nombre d’escalier. Dommage que les transats soient quasiment tous cassés, il manque un peu de propreté extérieur et surtout une table et des chaises pour pouvoir manger dehors. Sinon la maison est agréable à vivre dans un quartier calme mais envahit par les sangliers, attention a bien fermé le portail !

Grundsätzlich eine schöne imobilie. Leider haben die jahre dem haus zugesetzt und wurde teilweise nur notdürftig repariert. Badezimmer sehr schön und sauber. Immobilie entspricht nicht mehr ganz den fotos. Aber im algemeinen ein sehr schöner aufenthalt in der imobilie. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Mobiliar müsste dringendst erneuert werden! Ein Teil der Küchenschränke fällt schon auseinander und ist nicht nutzbar. Als wir ankamen war sehr vieles im Haus kaputt das wir dann bei Interhome angesprochen haben. Die Mitarbeiter waren toll und kamen am Folgetag zur Reparatur, echt klasse Service aber schlimm genug das man sich in seinem Urlaub erst einmal um so etwas kümmern muss. Die Waschmaschine ist zwar gut aber steht neben dem Öltank. Daher stinkt alles was man wäscht total ekelhaft.

Toller Pool und Outdoorbereich! Das Mobiliar ist dringendst auszutauschen. Vorsicht am Abend: Durch das Viertel ziehen dann Wildschweine die aufs Grundstück kommen wenn das Tor offen ist und Mülltonnen leeren. Waschmaschine besser nicht nutzen da alles nach Ölheizung und feuchtem Keller stinkt. Auffahrt ist sehr steil. Trotz Offroad Modus hing ein Hinterreifen beim ausfahren immer in der Luft. Nicht für Menschen geeignet die mobil eingeschränkt sind. Alle Ecken rund geputzt und beim verschieben des Esstisch ist mir echt schlecht geworden. Die Mitarbeiter von Interhome waren super nett und haben sofort Abhilfe geschaffen wo es möglich war.

Gedateerde woning met hier en daar gebreken. Staat van de woning en inboedel laten wat te wensen over. Zo ligt de laminaatvloer beneden los met schuivende planken, hangt er een keukendeur zo los dat je er niet aan durft te komen, is de schoonmaak oppervlakkig geweest, missen er tuinstoelen en hebben we van het "buitentoilet" geen gebruik durven maken (niet schoon). Ook wordt op de website een wasmachine genoemd, deze is niet aanwezig!

Generally, the house was nice and fairly well maintained. Two of the steel sun blinders where broken when we arrived and couldn't be opened. Contacted Interhome and they were fixed within a couple of days. One thing that was missing was outdoor furniture, tables and chairs. Nice summer evenings, but nowhere to sit and enjoy. Also, there was no parasols and no outdoor area with shade. This is fundamentally needed in Spain. We bought 3 cheap parasoles ourselves.

Bien équipée en vaisselle, literie confortable. Piscine et jardin bien entretenus. La terrasse ne possède pas de mobilier extérieur ni de tonnelle ni de barbecue à gaz comme photographiée sur l'annonce. Seules quelques vielles chaises cassées y sont regroupées dans un coin. Nous en avons parlé à l'agent Interhome de Calonge qui reconnait que la photo était vendeuse mais trompeuse. Nous avions déjà loué cette maison il y a 4 ans, nous avons donc été déçu sur ce dernier point.
