L'Estartit is a coastal and touristic place of the municipality Torroella de Montgrí. It is situated just over a kilometer from the archipelago of the Medes Islands, paradise for diving tourism. Not far away is the Montgrí Massif, ideal for hiking excursions and bike tours. L'Estartit is a town situated in perfect surroundings, with a big fine-sand beach. It has a sports marina and a nautical club with many aquatic activities: sailing, professional diving, swimming, visit trips to the islands, boat rental, fishing, etc. Sandy beach, 5 km long. Diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing. Fishing. Bicycle paths.

Vue exceptionnelle. La plage est à 2 minutes, et c'est encore mieux pour la piscine ! Résidence calme à cette saison, mais encore pas mal d'activité possible. Cependant, l'appartement et certains équipements sont abimés par l'usure et le temps. Un petit coup de neuf ferait vraiment du bien. Mais l'agence Interhome a été très réactive pour répondre à nos demandes en cas de nécessité. Ce point est vraiment appréciable.

L'emplacement est parfait , piscine et mer juste en face avec un petit supermarché et une boulangerie derriere donc super.mais les photos du logement sont trompeuses il n'est pas si neuf et récent qu'il n'y paraît. Beaucoup de choses abîmées et usées je pense qu'il mérite un gros rafraîchissemen pour réellement ressembler aux photos. Et la terrasse a un gros vis à vis sur les voisins d'à côté. Précision également il faut aller chercher les clés a l'escala a une demi heure de route de l'estartit.

Pas propre et manque de rénovation MARIELLE C.

Vue exceptionnelle sur les îles Mèdes...Piscine et mer aux portes de l appartement....Appartement peu propre du notamment à l absence d aspirateur et réfrigérateur pas entretenu ainsi que les WC..L équipement au niveau de la cuisine est complet. Manque un ventilateur....Présence de nombreux moustiques.La salle de bain et l'électricité sont à rénover .

Après avoir découvert ,l'été dernier, l'Estartit et son merveilleux emplacement avec ses très belles îles Medes,je suis tombé amoureux de cette localité et voulait donc y retourner en Mai,en plus dans le même appartement et ce fût un régal !
