Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Slecht onderhouden, alles wat er en de indeling was prima maar alles is oud en nodig toe aan een goede renovatie. De tuin moest ook nodig onderhoud hebben, daar wordt niet naar gekeken. De deur sluit niet goed, de balkondeur en sponningen zijn al 10 jaar over de vervangingsdatum heen. De badkamer is rijp voor de sloop Positief is dat de Costa prachtig is, de locatie van de woning naar onze mening geweldig, de mensen erg aardig. Dus een leuke vakantie maar wel een woning die oud is.

Appartement fonctionnel, quartier agréable, calme. Joli terrasse en cascade avec vu spectaculaire sur la mer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure et le barbecue.

La vue sur mer est très belle mais c’est le seul point positif à cet location L’appartement est vétuste, l’installation électrique est trop ancienne, le matelas du lit principal n’est absolument pas confortable Il n’y a pas de garde corps à la terrasse donc avec des enfants en bas âge c’est très dangereux. Il restait des crottes de chiens dans le jardin, peut être les anciens locataires … Déçue par cette location !

Maison agréable, belle vue, très fonctionnelle. Joli jardin et terrasses à l'ombre. Des petites attentions: plantes aromatiques à disposition. Bon accueil à l'agence interhome qui a été très réactive suite à un problème de gaz
