Kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, grill). Bath/WC. Terrace 24 m2, terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea and the countryside. For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (17 x 7 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Single garage. Bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2.6 km, railway station "Llançà" 3.2 km, pebble beach 400 m, swimming bay 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Cadaqués 16 km, Golf Peralada 18 km, Casino Peralada 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Tennis 1h per day free of charge from 9h to 18h. The house is located in front of the Camino de Ronda de Llançà-Port de la Selva (access to the camino via stairs).

Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Le lit de la chambre du bas : très mauvaise literie. Le séchoir à cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Vaisselle insuffisante. Malgré ce, villa très agréable, spacieuse et correspond à vos photos.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison Don Quijote. Les+ : Maison et appartement spacieux. Une vue à couper le souffle. Stationnements nombreux. Restaurant dans la résidence très bien. Piscine magnifique. Tout ce qu'il faut pour 10 personnes. Les- : Les plages sont plus loin que ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. La première est à 1.2km et non pas 400m ! Les derniers à la douche auront de l'eau froide ! Wifi capricieux ! Nettoyage médiocre à l'arrivée ! Plein de Cloportes partout !

Bon séjour isabelle t.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et le petit sentier de randonnée à ses pieds apporte un plus à la maison. Par contre les équipements de la cuisine sont très justes quand on part en petit groupe . Pas de grande poêle, pas de grand faitout pour la préparation des repas de 7 pers, et le micro ondes,le four grill le lave linge dâtent un peu, de plus pas de chauffage dans la maison quand on part fin octobre on y a eu un peu froid c est dommage
