In the resort Palau Savardera, 6 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, café 200 m, bus stop "Moventis estació bus Roses" 7.7 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 18 km, sandy beach "Roses" 6 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 8 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Zona de padel con bar y restaurante 300m, Parque Acuático Roses Aquabrava 3 km, Túnel del viento y Skydive Empuriabrava 12 km, Cadaqués 17 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 22 km, Castillo y festival de Perelada 15 km. 5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Bin schon das dritte Mal hier, und das sagt ja alles aus. Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Geräumig, sauber und hat eine Klimaanlage. Vor allem super Betten, ich bin da etwas, was mein Rücken anbelangt empfindlich, aber ich schlafe wie daheim, eher besser. Schönen Pool für zwischendurch und das Meer ist auch nicht weit. Roses ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und Strände findet man für alle Vorstellungen. Fahrzeug ist allerdings zwingend erforderlich. Gruß aus Freiburg

wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns in dieser Unterkunft wie auch in der Gegend dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das wäre ein schöner Altersruhesitz. :-)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und praktische eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, ein sehr schöner Pool. Man wohnt sehr ruhig und ist doch nicht weit von den Stränden von Roses und Empuriabrava entfernt. Man kann auch direkt von der Wohnung aus schöne Wanderungen zu der Kapelle Onofre oder Sant Per de Rodes unternehmen.

Ich habe die Tage in Roses in dieser schönen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles da was man so braucht, sehr gute Betten und alles sehr sauber. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war das Haus nicht voll besetzt und deshalb möglicherweise sehr ruhig. Schöner Pool läd zum schwimmen ein. Roses ist mit seiner schönen Strandpromenade läd zum flanieren und essen gehen ein. Weitläufige Strände in der näheren Umgeburg. Perfekter Service von Interchalet. Ich komme wieder.
