Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage. Please note: non-smoking house. Nearby attractions: Islas Medas 15 km, Playa nudista 800 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

55 m a.s.l. >>Historical village and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, 40 km east from Girona, 130 km north-east from Barcelona, 6 km from playas de Pals. In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, attractions. Besides: doctor. Access: railway station "Flaçá" 28 km. There are many historical and artistic features in the city. Tourist tax: charged per person/per day, maximum of 7 days stay. Children of 16 years and under are exempt.

Très bon accueil de notre hôte avec signalement des lieux d'intérêts aux alentours. Place de stationnement devant l'appartement appréciable. Appartement bien équipé et en nombre (couverts et vaisselle suffisants). Rue à sens unique donc emplacement peu bruyant. Deux supermarchés à proximité. Emplacement très bien situé et proches des nombreux villages médiévaux remarquables.

Die Wohnung liegt in idealer Entfernung zum wunderschönen, weitläufigen Strand und den lokalen, guten Restaurants. Zudem ist es in der Regel und für die Lage relativ ruhig und wenig Verkehr. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Warum also nicht sehr gut? Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und irgendwie hat uns dann doch der Geschirrspüler bzw die Klimaanlage gefehlt... allerdings steht das ja auch in der Beschreibung.

La maison est à rafraîchir (mobilier, déco et surtout le canapé-lit qui ne peut être considéré comme un couchage car il est trop abîmé). Mais les propriétaires sont adorables et prévenants et la maison est très bien située (proche resto, commerces, plages). Je recommande.

Ce logement est parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes, bien équipé 2 sdb et 3 toilettes) et confortable. Les 2 terrasses, une au nord et une au sud, sont bien appréciables quand il fait beau et chaud ! La Localisation est parfaite pour se rendre à pied à la plage de la Roca et à la jolie crique de ila Roja, ainsi que pour rayonner aux alentours (Pals, Begur et la côte magnifique).

Supers vacances ! Lieu très agréable, très propre. Un garage qui peut être pratique pour y stocker un coffre de toit par exemple ! Maison proche d’une rue avec restaurants et petits commerces et pas loin de la mer ! Seul bémol de la localisation de cette charmante maisonnette : très bruyant le soir ! En cas de fortes chaleurs, et de sommeil léger, il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car le voisinage fait souvent la fête … et tard… !!! Un propriétaire très agréable !
