Apartment block "Cavall Bernat". 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, natural garden. Table tennis. In the house: lift. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 50 m (small). Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, riding stable 6 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Acuático 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

42 m a.s.l. >>Famous resort with 4'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 40 km south-east from Girona, 100 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Pretty grey sandy beach, one of the largest and widest in the area, 2 km long and 70 m wide.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal als 4-köpfige Familie dort. Wir lieben die Wohnung und die Lage direkt am Strand sowie die Aussicht sehr. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, sehr sauber und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten so nah zu Fuss sind top. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Perfekt, der Parkplatz sehr gut, auch für Fahrzeuge mit einer Höhe von über 2m. Die Wohnung selber hat ein Alter wo erste Sanierungen sinnvoll wären. Z.B. Sanitäre Anlagen (Dusche, Wasserhahn etc.) Die Reinigung ist wohl inbegriffen aber eben nicht so wie man dies erwarten kann (Backofen, Geschirr, Bad). Aber alles in allem war’s eine Erholsame Woche.

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Die Dusche und Armaturen wurden inzwischen erneuert, ebenso ein Teil der Küchenausstattung. Schade, dass die Reinigung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach – wir leiten das an das Team vor Ort weiter. Schön, dass Sie die Woche trotzdem genießen konnten.

Les photos/équipement notés sur le site internet sont conformes. Vue terrasse très belle. Accès plage rapide (escaliers,personnes âgés attention). Supérette à 5 minutes à pieds (il faudra porter ses courses). Rue principale à proximité (parfait pour les sorties sans avoir à se garer). Gros point négatif => le parking. Il est bien privatif, mais premier arrivé, premier servi. Quand vous partez, pas sur d'avoir une place au retour. Manœuvrer en partie haute entre les arbres s'avère compliqué.

wir verbrachten zu zweit sehr schöne Tage in dem gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Perfekt der direkte Meerblick und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Im Juni sehr ruhig. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort und kurzer Weg in die Stadt.

C'est un appartement très bien placé, nivue mer, et près ducentre Pro: La vue sur mer et se déplacer a pied pour voir la ville et les bords de mer tout près.\nTrès bonne literie. Contra: Juste une précision les fenêtres s de bain et 2eme chambre donnent sur le couloir . Ça ne m'a pas gêné.

Tolles, perfekt eingerichtetes Appartement (tolle Küche und gutes Badezimmer) mit einmalig guter Lage. Quasi direkt am Strand, über die Strasse der Supermarkt und in paar Schritten an der Promenade von Platja d Aro. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien und fühlten uns sehr zu Hause. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
