Shower/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no parking. TV only ES, DE, FR. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Planted inner courtyard. In the house: WiFi. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, café, pub garden 15 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Roses" 20 m, diving center 3 km, swimming bay 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, surf school 2.9 km, sailing school 2.9 km, minigolf 60 m, sports centre 2 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Parque acuático Aquabrava 1 km, Centro paracaidismo Skydive Empuriabrava 3 km, Cadaqués 15 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 17 km, Castillo de Peralada 15 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 17 km. 5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Très belle location et bien exposée Proche de tout Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller en centre ville et à 20 mètres de la plage emplacement idéale Facile pour garer sa voiture gratuitement Mais quelques améliorations au niveau équipement Robinet cuisine un peu cassé pommeau de douche cassé également

Très déçue par l'appartement, très bruyant, sale, pas de clim, mal équipé. La WIFI ne fonctionnait pas. Mauvais accueil à l'agence lors de la remise des clés.

-Publicidad engañosa.Fotografías donde anuncia vivienda indican que se encuentra en un recinto ajardinado con vistas al mar. No es real. Estaba en calle sin salida que daba a la parte trasera de hotel con contenedores de basura y otros servicios. -Vajilla y enseres de cocina insuficiente. -Limpieza mejorable. -No existían cortinas. Entraba luz a todas las estancias al amanecer y se calentaba la vivienda y provocaba exceso de calor. Tuvimos que poner toallas y sabanas.
