5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Lors de notre séjour personnes et venu nettoyer les partis común la piscine pas très propre et le réseau TV ce coupé tout le 5 minutes...pour c'est garer la catástrofe car pas de places au tour L'appartement ça va dans l'ensemble sauf le canapé lit très inconfortable. Points positifs est près de la plage et bien près de la route a roses centre...

Logement idéalement placé, fonctionnel et globalement propre. Équipement complet. Points négatifs : place de parking dans la rue, qui devient introuvable entre 10 h et 18 h car les places sont prises par les personnes qui vont à la plage. ventilateur présent qui fait du bruit mais pas d'air ! Enfin la terrasse est dans le passage de l'accès à d'autres logements ... Points positifs : proximité de la plage et de commerces, grande piscine partagée et le calme

Le logement était très chaud début juillet et le stationnement du véhicule difficile. Les alèzes dans les lits ont aggravé la chaleur. Bien que joli, l'endroit pose problème avec des restaurants et un unique petit magasin chers et les bus qui sont espacés d'une heure. Il y a des petits dépots d'ordure dans les rues car les ramassages sont trop espacés.

El apartamento esta bien para pasar una semana, la cocina algo pequeña, esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa. Lo unico malo que la agencia no mira que es un sitio de descanso y alquila a grupos de jovenes que tienen muchas ganas de fiesta,no deberian colocarlos al lado de familias. Aunque la agencia se preocupó en llamarles la atencion , al dia siguiente llegó otro grupo de jovenes. Asi que no es un buen sitio de descanso. Aunque todo lo demas esta genial.
