Bright, fully renovated in 2018, practical and modern furnishings: 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with panoramic window with digital TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/shower/WC. No heating option. Small terrace, north facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families apartment carpark side. Nearby attractions: Sant Feliu de Guixols 14 km, Platja d'Aro 19 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, concerts, cinema. Hiking. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Vila Vella, Museu Marc Chagall, Esglesia de Sant Sebastià, Cultural events Fiesta mayor de Sant Pere, Concurso de pintura en la calle, Feria del indiano. Access: motorway AP7 Tossa de Mar, exit number 9 "Lloret de Mar". Railway station "Blanes" 20 km. Bus connection. WORTH SEEING: The old part of the town "Villa Vella" is an interesting place to visit, with steep roads made of stone, the museum and the medieval wall which surrounds the city and is said to be bring a special charm to the town.There are magnificent views of the city from the castle.

Op de weg naar het appartement toe na is eigenlijk het een idyllisch plekje aan de Costa Brava. Mooi uitzicht knus en rustig strand en genoeg te beleven in de omgeving in een straal van 50km. Het appartement was dermate goed uitgerust dat wij alleen een aardappelschilmes en kaasschaaf miste verder was alles aanwezig. Enigste nadelen zijn dat voor alles aangewezen bent op je auto en de weg erheen is een smalle weg en niet iedereen houdt daar rekening mee.

Aan de buitenzijde ziet het er een beetje vervallen uit maar eenmaal binnengekomen veranderde de zaak geheel. Het appartement voldeed meer dan alle verwachtingen. Echt alles zag er netjes zo uit als op de foto’s. Bij aankomst was alles netjes schoon en appartement rook fris en geloof het of niet maar op een aardappelschilmesje was alles aanwezig. Het strand beneden is op de weekenden na lekker rustig en was heerlijk vertoeven. Het enigste minpunt was dat het appartement op de verkeerde plek gehuisvest is. De weg erheen is een drama, de overige weggebruikers en bevolking denken dat ze op een racecircuit rijden, in de weekenden is het overvol van auto’s op deze bergweg die er eigenlijk niet geschikt is voor dit soort capriolen, voetgangers, fietsers en alles moet met de auto gedaan worden zelfs naar het strand. Maar dit waren echt ook alle minpunten verder een TOP VAKANTIE GEHAD. Wij zouden dit appartement dan ook aanraden aan een ieder die van rust houdt, mooie uitzichten en niet zijn handomdraaid om met de auto alles te ondernemen.

Huis is schoon en heel veel licht. Last van geluid, overdag boor werkzaamheden, huis is erg gehorig.

Très bel appartement aux murs blancs avec une déco discrète..et d 'immences baies vitrées côté nord et est . La vue panoramique sur la forêt de pins parasols et sur sur la mer est magnifique Très agréable terrasse bien orientée . Le seul reproche est une isolation phonique insuffisante avec l'appartement du dessus.! Autre point positif: l'accès est de plein pied avec le parking de la voiture. .
