Cosy, comfortable apartment block. In a central position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Supermarket 40 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 20 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop "La Ponderosa T" 400 m, railway station "Cunit" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Sitges 19 km, Barcelona 61 km, Tarragona 40 km, Port Aventura 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Cosy resort with 8'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 50 km south-west from Barcelona, 40 km north-east from Tarragona, 2 km north from Calafell. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Events: Music Festival, music seminar and Catalanian folk dancing. Golf course in Sitges. Bus to the El Prat airport. Ideal position for trips to Barcelona: train every 30 mins and 1 hour journey to the Sants Estacio station.
