Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (mini-oven, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Hip bath/WC. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. VFT/GR/03413

Rustic single-family house "Amanecer". 4 km from the centre of Almúñécar, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Patio, parking at the house. Shop 2 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop "Taramay (Ctra de Almería)" 1.6 km, park "Playa Cabria" 300 m. Tennis 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Almuñécar

Fishing village, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 90 km south from Granada, 80 km east from Málaga. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, attractions. The old town is of great interest, with narrow alleyways and houses full of flowers. Fiesta Mayor from 7 to 15 August, with spectacular fireworks on 15th August.

Ennakkotiedot olivat puutteelliset, esim. käytettävissä oleva piha-alue oli huomattavasti ilmoitettua pienempi. Talo oli likainen (esim. astiat) ja makuuhuoneiden kaapistot täynnä vanhoja liinavaatteita yms., jotka pyydettäessä tyhjennettiin osittain. Talon sähköt katkeilivat useaan otteeseen. Sijainti ja näkymä terassilta ovat hyvät. Talo ei ole korkean vuokran veroinen eikä sitä voi varauksetta suositella.

Belle maison, mais le confort au niveau meubles n 'y est pas ; pas de micro-onde , vieux lave-linge qui fonctionne une fois sur deux, pas d'internet haut débit, tv bloque....

Das Haus ist toll gelegen mit einer wunderbaren aussicht und einem kleine garten jedoch nicht 1000qm wie angegeben sondern max. 120qm .wir haben die Frischen zitronen direkt vom baum sehr genossen..wunderbarer terasse. .leider ist die unterkunft sehr in die jahre gekommen.steckdosen habe einige Wackelkontakt,eine lampe im gan geht nicht.eine herdplatte geht beim kochen immer aus.die waschmaschine geht nicht richtig.und die schränke stinken modrig. Die betreuung war aber sehr net und problemlos.

Grote tuin is voor het grootste deel niet toegankelijk en zorgt voor veel muggen overlast in juni. Buiten zitten op de veranda was daardoor niet mogelijk. Woning is gedateerd en vloer was niet schoon. Onduidelijke communicatie over hoe alles geregeld is. Sommige wandcontactdozen deden het niet.

Buena ubicación. A 200m de la playa. Para compras hay q coger el coche. La playa más cercana es de piedras y rocas. Hay más playas cerca q están muy bien.

El chalet esta bien ubicado, ibamos a la playa andando. Hay dos playas pequeñas, nos gusto mas las segunda hay que andar un poco mas, pero con esas vistas no cuesta nada. Aconsejamos llevar gafas de buceo para poder ver los peces, el agua es cristalina, nos encantó. Los dueños son muy agradables y la señora de la inmobiliaria también, nos aconsejaron sobre donde ir a comer. Lo peor son los mosquitos, no hay quien los mate, los dueños dejaron multiples insecticidas, pero fueron ineficaces.
