Large, modern, luxurious villa. In the centre of Parque Holandés, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (12 x 5 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Room cleaning 5 times per week (included). Parking. Restaurant 2 km, café 8 km, bus stop "Parque Holandés(Polideportivo)" 650 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
