Balcony, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and Eiger. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. A fondue set (meat or cheese) and a raclette oven can be borrowed from reception.

Well-known, family-friendly holiday resort with 3'800 inhabitants, situated at the foot of a mountain, 20 km south-west from Interlaken. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten from 3 years old. 30 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 80 km. There are plenty of good things about the apt., from location (close to everything, but not too close), nice layout, no one sleeping in the living room, two bathrooms, everything you need in the kitchen, and clean (of course!).

Myself, my two sons and their families took 3 apartments in the chalet for 2 weeks.we had a wonderful holiday, the accommodation was lovely and clean, and linen changed mid stay. The Abendrot team were very positive and helpful and gave good advice about what events were on. The square outside was a little noisy with service lorries in the early mornings, but we accept that's something the chalet could not do anything about. In all we had a fantastic holiday.Thankyou.

This flat provided panoramic views of the mountains and was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. We were able to cook a few meals in the kitchen and the location was close to several hikes as well as a mere 15 min walk from the train station.

Waren schon zum dritten Mal im Chalet Abendrot. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl dort. Alles ist gut organisiert und sauber, die Lage ist top und die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Der Preis ist etwas hoch. Die Küche ist zu wenig gut ausgestattet. Die Bratpfannen sind beide beschädigt. Es fehlten Schwingbesen und geeignete Rührgeräte für Bratpfannen. Kaffeemaschine war sehr gut, auch die Matratzen der Betten waren für mich top. Der Geruch war wegen der Teppiche unangenehm mufflig. Für mich war es auch störend dass Tiere in der Unterkunft erlaubt sind auf diesen Teppichen. Skiraum war sehr gut. Standort war für uns perfekt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Das Parking für das Auto ist nicht zufriedenstellend insbesondere für einen Preis von 12.-SFr. pro Tag. Der Zugang zum Auto ist bei den vorhandenen Platzverhältnissen nur sehr schwer. Dazu besteht eine grosse Verletzungsgefahr bei einem Fehltritt. Das ganze mit dem Vermerk "Benutzung in eigener Verantwortung"".

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Max. 2 Geh-Minuten zur Firstbahn und zur Ortsbushaltestelle. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und versuchen einem stehts zu helfen. Die Wohnung hat einen super Ausblick auf die Bergwelt und die Küche besitzt alles notwendige. Wir waren bereits mehrmals im Chalet Abendrot und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Auch Grindelwald als Dorf gefällt uns sehr gut. Es hat alles was man braucht.

Gelegen met prachtig uitzicht op de gletsjer ligt dit appartement hartje Grindelwald. Met Zwitserse degelijkheid ingericht. Met drie slaapkamers en een heerlijke keuken en schitterend balkon. Het gebied van Wengen-First-Grindelwald-Jungfraugebied is geweldig.
