Quiet and sunny location, only 10 minutes walking distance to the village centre. Large terrace with lawn for sunbathing. Covered parking space and store room for skis. Close to the bus stop Sparenmoos (cross-country and hiking centre). Living room with dining table, sofa which converts into a conventional bed (2x80x200cm), TV/radio/CD and open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with deep-freezer compartiment, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-set.) 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x80x200cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, covered parking space, bed linen, bathroom- and kitchen towels (initial supply) as well as final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. ***Pets not allowed***.

Ideal für 2 Personen. Gemütlicher großer Wohnraum mit Arven Eckbank und integrierter Küche ohne Abwaschmaschine. Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten. Großzügiger, ruhiger Gartensitzplatz, Autounterstand, sehr geeignet bei Frost und Schnee.

Soweit ist die Wohnung in Ordnung etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber OK. Was absolut inakzeptabel war, dass das Bad nach dem letzten Gast nicht gesäubert wurde. Neben Haaren auf dem Boden und der Dusche waren weder das Waschbecken gesäubert worden, noch die Zahnputzbecher. Die Zahnpasta Rückstände und Mundabdrücke waren ungereinigt vorhanden. Der absolute Ekel war allerdings die Toilette welche noch deutlich sichtbare Rückstände enthielt und die benutzten Handtücher die wieder aufgehängt wurden.

Reinigung der Wohnung sehr schlecht. Im Kühlschrank hatte es noch Speisereste! ... Zeigt doch das nur um die Möbel herum geputzt wurde In der Küche war die Beleuchtung defekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich allgemein in einem Renovationsbedürftigen zustand .
