Balcony furniture, sitting area. Partial view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, in winter 30 m communal covered parking (extra) at the house. 774 m a.s.l. >>Idyllic holiday resort 5 km from lake, on a plateau, 30 km south-east from Luzern. All shops, restaurants etc. in Beckenried, 5 km. In the resort: grocery. Access: motorway A2 Luzern - Gotthard, exit number 35 "Beckenried" 5 km from Emmetten. Access via a mountain road.

Bathing lake, 5 km from the resort. Outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Diving, sailing, rowing. Cableways, hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Grosse Wohnung, sehr ruhig, alles vorhanden, Hochparterre, leider nur winzige Seesicht vom großen Balkon aus. Nette Verwalter, aber mit strengen Verhaltensvorschriften, da Bettwäsche abgezogen werden muss und mit sonstiger gebrauchter Wäsche gefaltet abgelegt werden muss. Wohnungsrückgabe gemäß Mietvertrag 10 Uhr; die Verwalter stehen um exakt 10 Uhr vor der Tür.

Die Ferienwohnung war top. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Es war alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war guet.
