Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt, einen schönen Balkon mit einer guten Lage im Gebäude. Leider sind zu viele Schränke nicht für den Mieter zur Verwendung. Da ich selber eine Ferienwohnung vermiete kann ich nachvollziehen dass man einen Schrank mit privaten Sachen reserviert und dieser abgeschlossen ist. Wenn das aber nahezu alle Schränke sind, macht es für den Mieter keinen Sinn sich auf die Flächenangabe der Ferienwohnung zu verlassen.

Una buona sistemazione per 3/4 persone. Il mobilio e' vecchio ma ben tenuto. Se siete abituati a materassi di ottimo qualità', qui faticherete a dormire (materassi vecchi ed a molle). I mobili della cucina, funzionali ma vecchi ed in parte maleodoranti. Il piano cottura manca dei moderni dispostivi di sicurezza (facile dimenticarsi piastre accese se non si presta attenzione). Ok se non trovi altro (come spesso accade in alta stagione in Engadina)

Sehr gut gelegen für Skiferien. Preis Leistung: überteuert. Leider in den Ecken nicht sauber. Einrichtung ist auch Geschmacksache - aber alles da, was man braucht! Küche sollte dringend renoviert werden und die alten Plastikgefässe, die mit dem giftige Weichmacher sogar die Luft verpesten gehören in den Sondermüll! Betten leider auch unbequem.

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux, la terrasse est un plus. La dotation pour la cuisine est minimale, il manquait des produits pour le nettoyage. A ventilation de la cuisine est à refaire.

Nicht in Ordnung, dass über 3/4 der Schränke nicht zur Verfügung stehen (gesperrt für Eigennützung des Eigentümers). Ein Badzimmer für 4 Personen mit als Ablagefläche nur mini Tablaren ist eine Zumutung. Trotz 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten sollte diese FeWo für maximum 2 Personen im Angebot sein. Sehr schlechte Werbung für Interhome/Utoring und zum Glück wegen dem Covid19 sind wir nur zu 2 anstatt zu 4 Personen angereist sonst wäre es sehr ungemütlich in dieser Wohnung gewesen

Die Aussicht von dieser Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, das dunkle, liebevoll ausgewählte Mobiliar mit Trödel-Touch ist etwas Geschmacksache. Die Küche ist sehr klein und wurde nicht renoviert, kochen in einem Wohnmobil ist vergleichsweise angenehmer als in dieser Küche. Der Eigentümer hat sehr viel Stauraum für sich blockiert, damit ist der Platz für 4 Leute nicht ganz genügend.
